Nearly a year after turn ing off all other systems and using only Outperform Planning to manage their S&OP process, King and Prince Seafood has been able to achieve most of the targets they set out to as part of the implementation project. There is now a single tool that provides a complete and detailed view of their supply chain that was not possible before.
Last week, REMIRA OUTPERFORM’s support, development, and services teams visited innocent drinks’ super sustainable factory ‘The Blender’ in Rotterdam. The visit was part of a knowledge-sharing workshop where we reviewed the present and planned for the future with key OUTPERFORM Planning users at innocent drinks.
Today Outperform and Exact signed an agreement through which Exact can offer OUTPERFORM software as an integrated part of its business software. Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) is an out-of-the-box, easy to install package, integrating seamlessly with Exact Globe Next.

Last year, Yogi Tea approached Outperform for a Sales and Operations Planning solution. The company which has for over 40 years stood for delicious herb and spice teas in dry and ready to drink products was an immediate match. The challenge is in production of intermediates being in one place, filling and packaging in another and stock holding and distribution from several other locations. To plan this efficiently and effectively a more holistic view of the supply chain was needed. Following a three-month trial period Yogi Tea moved forward to implement the solution for the Ready to Drinks division with plans for further roll out to other business units. Outperform is integrated with Exact Globe Next, Yogi Tea’s ERP system.

International Innovation Company, in most parts of the world better known by the brand name Vacu Vin, licenses Outperform Planning for Exact. The solution will extend their Exact ERP system with an enterprise solution for Sales & Operations planning. The system covers the entire business process from sales forecasting to operations planning and execution.
Nature’s Pride, a Netherlands based supplier of a wide range of unique fruits and vegetables, has selected Outperform for the scheduling of the packing operations. Nature’s Pride processes around 500 production orders each day across 35 production lines. The schedule needs to fit the tight windows between earliest start and deadline, products need to be in the truck as fresh as possible and ripened exactly to customer specification. Outperform supports making that puzzle and dealing with the operational exceptions, day after day.
De Kroes licenses S&OP for Exact. De Kroes had been exploring implementing Sales and Operations Planning to expand the capabilities of their Exact ERP system. At the conference "Exact Live!" in September 2013 their interest in Outperform was triggered by the presentation by Stephan Schneider from Vacu Vin "Inventory is there for a reason".

Menken Orlando came to us via the Exact partner network Pink Elephant (formerly known as Nobel). After several years of working together with Menken Orlando, they knew what Menken Orlando was looking for. In a joint effort, we analysed Menken Orlando’s requirements and how they map onto the standard offering S&OP for Exact. Along with Outperform’s experience in the food industry Menken Orlando concluded that S&OP is the right solution at the right time.
Blommer Chocolate Company has selected Outperform Planning to manage the demand, plan the production, schedule the plants and create the material plan across their four manufacturing sites in North America. The project started in January and is well on its way to go live with all modules in August 2020.
