WEITBLICK GmbH & Co. KG is optimizing its inventory processes with the TÜV-certified, cloud-based inventory sampling software STATCONTROL Cloud from REMIRA. With the smooth update of the software architecture, the manufacturer of workwear is taking the proven sampling principle to the next level. The counting effort has been reduced from around 25,000 items to just 39 samples, which corresponds to 99%.

Complete stocktaking in just one shift: Centrotherm, a company based in Brilon, Germany, known as a developer, manufacturer and distributor of gas flue systems for condensing boilers, has already relied on sample stocktaking in the past. With REMIRA, however, Centrotherm was able to reduce the counting effort even further: Their SaaS software STATCONTROL Cloud in combination with a counting app ensured greatly reduced warehouse closing times at Centrotherm. 

Fashion and lifestyle brand Fynch-Hatton has been relying on REMIRA for its stocktaking since spring this year - with success: stocktaking has been reduced from one week to half a day. The company from Mönchengladbach, which stands for modern casual wear in premium quality, is replacing the time-consuming full inventory from previous years with the STATCONTROL Cloud inventory sampling solution.

Only one day instead of two weeks: The system supplier Primus Präzisionstechnik has replaced the time-consuming and cost-intensive full inventory on the balance sheet date with an inventory sampling service using REMIRA STATCONTROL. As a result, the inventory duration was reduced by 93% to one working day, and the man-hours required fell by 82%.

Counting only 50 items instead of 500: The globally active German pharmaceutical company medac GmbH successfully carried out its first sample stocktaking service with REMIRA STATCONTROL in March. medac is the only German pharmaceutical company to offer both therapeutics and diagnostics from its own development and production. In their search for certified inventory software, those responsible at medac came across STATCONTROL.

There is hardly a value-creating company in Germany that is not affected by the Corona crisis. The COVID-19 virus poses major challenges across all industries.
