Omnichannel commerce expert Simon Hasenauer becomes Managing Director for Austria
As of February 1, 2025, REMIRA, a provider of supply chain and omnichannel software solutions headquartered in Dortmund, Germany, welcomes Simon Hasenauer as a new member of the Austrian team. Hasenauer, an expert in customer loyalty, omnichannel and cloud-based business models in the retail context, will help to expand REMIRA's existing business and add further business areas as Managing Director based in Vienna.
Simon Hasenauer (28) is co-founder of warrify, a company specializing in digital till receipts and retargeting solutions, with which REMIRA already has a close strategic partnership. As Hasenauer will remain Managing Director of warrify, the strategic partnership will be further expanded, resulting in valuable synergies for customers and partners of both companies. He succeeds Markus Busch as Managing Director for REMIRA's Austrian location. Busch, who was Managing Director of both the Austrian and Swiss locations until now, will remain Managing Director of REMIRA Schweiz AG and will now focus on the further expansion of the important strategic Swiss market.
Hasenauer will focus on increasing the brand awareness of REMIRA and its SaaS-based and AI-supported platform solutions. To this end, he will contribute not only his extensive network and in-depth knowledge of the retail market in Austria, but also his experience in building a cloud-based SaaS business model and the necessary sales expertise. He is firmly convinced that the future lies in the cloud and that companies can only react flexibly to market requirements with a modern, scalable infrastructure.
