    The mandatory annual stocktaking usually involves a high level of personnel and cost expenditure. At the same time, it often affects the entire workflow in a company and frequently leads to warehouse closures. Our SaaS solution uses the legally permissible statistical procedures to replace error-prone and time-consuming full counts with considerably more efficient and reliable sampling procedures.

    The stocktaking effort can be reduced by up to 99%, which reduces the error rate and costs accordingly. The reliability of the results is higher than with a full count.     Our stocktaking software is your software solution for simple stocktaking in warehouses and stores. With sample stocktaking , the entire stock is no longer counted, but only a small part based on random samples. Depending on the size and nature of the warehouse, the counting effort can be reduced by up to 99%. Our software is certified (IDW PS880, TÜV data protection certificate) and approved and is used in numerous countries worldwide.

    Extrapolation procedure

    Certified system for extrapolation sample stocktaking in all warehouse areas

    Today's warehouses generally fulfill the inventory accuracy required for an extrapolation inventory sampling. However, sales areas are also increasingly meeting the requirements. The use of a certified inventory system ensures that the legal requirements for this type of inventory are met - including full documentation.

    With only up to 1% effort compared to a full stocktaking, our extrapolation method offers considerable savings potential. It contains all four permissible extrapolation methods. With the permanent sample stocktaking (static and dynamic), it is also possible to distribute the count over the entire financial year, meaning it can be integrated into the daily processes. A combination with the sequential test may also be useful.

    Sequential test

    Certified sequential test for warehouse areas with high stock reliability

    With our sequential test, 30 random samples are ideally sufficient for stocktaking an entire warehouse. However, this requires a higher level of stock accuracy than with high calculation methods. This is why the sequential test is mostly used in automated warehouses and areas with high stock accuracy. The sequential test is also increasingly being used in conventional warehouses, as systems deliver increasingly reliable stock levels.

    The sequential test is often used in combination with the extrapolation method to efficiently inventory storage areas with varying stock accuracy. The sequential test is particularly suitable for stocks with high accuracy and is also frequently used for stock checks during the year. The combination of stocktaking methods therefore offers flexibility and maximum efficiency

    Inventory security

    The Warehouse Risk Profiler examines the stocktaking according to various factors and sets these in relation to each other. In addition to the value-oriented inventory, this creates an efficient system for risk-oriented inventory valuation.

    Mobile recording

    Thanks to the integrated counting app, you can optionally replace the conventional paper counting list and record the counting results using mobile devices such as tablets. Counting errors can also be detected directly at the shelf.
