The INSTORE app enables mobile checkout on the sales floor, allowing users to process transactions quickly and conveniently. Additionally, users can instantly view the availability of various products and make mobile reservations through the app.
Omnichannel processes
Omnichannel processes encompass functions such as Click & Collect, Click & Reserve and reservations. The app also enables customer data management and ship-from-store capabilities.
Branch processes
Processes such as goods receipt, price labelling, inventory markdowns, inventory corrections and document pre-entry can be performed easily. The app also supports label printing and offers online or offline inventory capabilities.
Relocation
The INSTORE app's relocation module makes it easy to create, send and receive goods.
This feature enables stocktaking to be conducted online or offline using the app. With an online inventory, it allows for direct export via RISB (REMIRA Integration Service Bus) to Retail.
Price marking & label printing
Price labels can be created and easily edited on the sales floor using the app. Additionally, the app provides the ability to reprint labels when needed.
Click & Reserve andClick & Collect
This feature provides a comprehensive overview of all Click & Reserve, Click & Collect and Ship from Store processes across all stores, allowing staff to promptly respond and take necessary actions.
Supplier return and goods receipt
The INSTORE app allows for swift recording and processing of returns from suppliers. Additionally, it enables efficient recording and processing of incoming goods.
Simple voucher capture
A sales transaction can quickly and effortlessly be created within the app. The receipt can then be transferred to the POS (point of sale) system for later checkout.
Create a reservation
The INSTORE app allows for direct creation of customer reservations. The reserved items can then be sold either through the app or at the POS by scanning the receipt.
Connection to external programmes
The INSTORE App offers seamless integration with external applications and dynamic URLs, making it easy to display individual reports and other functionalities within the app.
Stock correction & stock price markdowns
Inventory corrections can be made at any time, allowing for accurate updates of inventory levels. Additionally, items can be manually marked down as needed.

The inclusion of various features such as purchase on account, enhances customer service and offers a broader range of payment options.

Relocations with the INSTORE App
Request stock transfers from other stores or warehouses and digitally process them through the app. With the REMIRA INSTORE App, users can create new inventory transfers or send open inventory transfer requests to other stores. Incoming inventory transfers can be easily confirmed and recorded in the system.
Inventory management has never been easier
Users can quickly perform inventory queries, search for specific items and utilize filtering options, all accessible on various end devices. actions can also be performed directly from the inventory overview; dynamic URLs can be integrated and item information can be retrieved at any time.
Simple branch inventory
Conduct offline stocktaking completely independent of the backend system. The customer receives a QR code, scans it using the app and proceeds to take inventory. A reference list can be uploaded to the app, which is used to validate the captured scan codes. Exporting the inventory data is simple, as it can be done via email as a CSV file for easy import into the backend system.
Even more functions with our inventory sampling solution
As an alternative, the INSTORE App can be utilized as a recording medium in conjunction with our inventory sampling solution, STATCONTROL Cloud. In this scenario, the data records to be recorded are retrieved from the STATCONTROL backend and exported back there after the recording process.
